App & Set-Up Guide
Setting up your REMind Band takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get started:
Step 1: Download the REMind App
Search for “REMind Sleep” in the App Store or Google Play
Step 2: Create Your Account
Open the app and tap “Get Started”
Enter your email address and create a secure password
Set your time zone for accurate bedtime syncing
Step 3: Pair Your Device
Make sure your REMind Band is charged
Enable Bluetooth on your device
In the app, go to “Connect Device”
Select your band when it appears and confirm the pairing
Note: A brief blinking light may appear on the band during setup.
Step 4: Set Your Sleep Schedule
In the app, open the “Sleep Schedule” section
Choose your ideal bedtime
Optionally, set your desired wake-up time
Step 5: Wear It Properly
Place the REMind Band on your wrist
Ensure skin contact, but don’t wear it too tight
No buttons, no setup on the band and everything works automatically
Step 6: Sleep Learning Begins
During your first few nights, REMind studies your resting heart rate
This helps the system learn your natural sleep signals
Step 7: Sleep Guidance Activates
At bedtime, the band checks your heart rate
If you're still awake, gentle vibrations begin
They continue until your body signals real sleep
You cannot stop or snooze the band manually. It’s designed to hold you accountable.
