You set your ideal sleep time using our desktop or mobile interface. REMind learns your natural sleep patterns by tracking your heart rate over time, helping it recognize when you are truly asleep rather than just lying still.

At bedtime, the band checks your heart rate. By collecting and learning your resting heart rate, REMind can tell the difference between lying still and actually sleeping. Over time, the app builds a personalized sleep profile, helping you spot patterns, reduce sleep delays, and better understand your body’s natural rhythms. All your data stays private and secure. If you are still awake, it starts gentle, steady vibrations to guide you toward sleep. The alerts stop only when your body shows signs of real rest.

You cannot turn it off on the wristband. There are no buttons, no shortcuts, and no snooze. It is designed to hold you accountable so you actually fall asleep.
