Pairing Issues
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Your band should be charged before attempting to pair.
Open the REMind app, go to “Connect Device,” and wait for the band to appear.
If it doesn’t show up, restart your phone and try again.
If pairing still fails, perform a soft reset on the band (see below).
Charging and Battery
Use the charging cable provided in the box.
Connect it to a USB-C power source.
A small light will blink when charging begins.
Full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.
Battery lasts up to 5 nights depending on usage.
Alerts Not Triggering
Make sure your bedtime is properly set in the app under “Sleep Schedule.”
The band activates alerts only when you are still awake at bedtime (based on heart rate).
Ensure the band is in contact with your skin and not too loose.
If the band still doesn’t vibrate, try re-pairing the device.
Syncing Errors
Open the app and check if the dashboard reflects real-time data.
If not, try the following:
Ensure Bluetooth is on
Move your phone closer to the band
Restart the app
Toggle airplane mode on and off
Reset Instructions
If your band becomes unresponsive:
Hold the magnetic charger in place for 10 seconds
Remove and reattach to trigger a soft reset
Reconnect via the app’s “Connect Device” section
To reset your app account:
Log out, then select “Forgot Password” to start fresh
