Changed your mind? No problem. If your REMind Band is unused and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Products must be returned in original packaging

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of REMind. Your band is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against:

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty components

• Non-functional sensors or vibration alerts

What's not covered:

• Damage from misuse or accidents

• Water or sweat damage beyond normal use

• Wear and tear from extended daily use

• Third-party modifications or tampering

If your product is eligible, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
